Refund policy

At Rang E Dhaga, we only accept returns if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product.

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at rangedhagaa@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 314 2591584, along with photos of the issue.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues, color preference, sale items, or customized products.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
